All our products have 6 month guaranty, excepting batteries which have one year guaranty. This guaranty will negotiate directly with Baterias y Telemandos or either the manufacturer .
I CAN NOT REGISTER TO BUY.¿WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you have problems to register in Baterias y Telemandos could be because:
-You were register before with the same password or e-mail. In this case is better letting us to forward to your e-mail your old password and then you can use it .

¿WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AT HOME AT THE DELIVERY MOMENT?
If you are not at home, we will leave you a notice and then you could go to your nearest post office to collect your order.
¿HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you want to cancel your order, you have to tell us the number of the order you make through info@bateriasytelemandos.com. and we will proceeded to cancel it and return the amount.
If you had pay by bank transfer, you should tell us your bank information .
¿WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE PACKAGE IT ISN´T IN A GOOD STATE?
In that case you have 24 hours to make a product change or cash on delivery. You should note down the indicence number of the haulage contractor on the same delivery moment and call the Customer Service Department to obtain a relieved number. .
¿HOW CAN I RETURN A WRONG ORDER?
In case you receive a wrong package, you must contact us by phone (902 24 71 06) where we will provide you an authorization number for your relived.

In case we receive a package without the autorathion number in it , it will be denied.

Independently of the invoicing address you could send the order to your wanted address. It isn´t necessary that invoicing address and sending concur.
COULD I PUT A DIFFERENT DELIVERY POST THAN THE INVOICE?
Yes, you can add another different address from the invoice, for your order delivery. In your purchase process. After filling out the invoicing information, you could put another address to your delivery, the same as comments to help us to deliver your package .
DO I RECEIVE INVOICING WITH THE PACKAGE?

When you receive the order, the payment will go to “Correos”. Don´t forget that “Correos” just accept payment cash (they don´t accept check) so please try to have the most approximate amount on the delivered date to facilitate the payment.
