Redelivery

Baterias y Telemandos will accept redeliveries products in the first 7 days, counting  from the reception date  of the merchandise by the client, and always following  these conditions expose in this page:

• to carry out a redelivery , you have to contact us to accept the redelivery. It will only be accepted previous authorized redelivery. Once it is authorize, we will indicate the shipment data.

• All merchandise  should be redelivery in his own and original packing, in a perfect state. Otherwise BATERIAL Y TELEMANDOS would refuse the redelivery.

• Redelivery must be deliver to the destiny on the 7 posteriors days.

• Once you receive the merchandise and tested that it is in perfect conditions , the amount  will be requirement.

• Transportation cost originate by the redelivery  will be pay by the client.

• Payment by bank transfer by redelivery or articles change will have a minimum period of 10 days because of the administrative process.
